Heart Healthy Salad

Ingredients:

kale

broccoli

brussels sprouts

red cabbage

purple cauliflower

sunflower seeds or almonds

Optional: fresh herbs, scallions, etc...

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayo

1 T vinegar 

3 T sugar

Instructions:

  1.  Finely chop kale, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and cabbage. If you have a food processor use that.

  2. Mix mayo, vinegar and sugar to taste and toss into salad

  3. Top with nuts and other ingredients as desired.
