Clam Linguini

Ingredients:

butter

garlic, minced

onion, diced

2 cans of clams

italian seasoning

salt & pepper

cayenne

mushrooms

linguini

parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion in a little butter. Season well.

  2. Add liquid from canned clams simmer low.

  3. Add  minced clams continue to simmer low.

  4. Cook linguini to al dente and add to sauce.

  5. Toss in grated parm and serve right away.
