Citrus Salad
Ingredients:
spinach
watercress or baby frisee
oranges
grapefruit
blood oranges
avocado
slivered almonds or pecans, toasted
red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:
3 tbl lemon juice
3 tbl olive oil
2 tbl sugar
Instructions:

Supreme cut the oranges and grapefruit. (Note that in the photo they are not supremed but it is much easier to eat if they were.)

Dress spinach with dressing and make a bed on a plate. Top with remaining items but be careful not to cover the beautiful fruit too much.

Make a final drizzle of dressing and sprinkle with sugar - especially on grapefruit.
