Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

½ cup butter

½ cup walnuts

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup powdered sugar

1 small containers of cool whip

1 small pkg instant choc fudge pudding

1 3/4 cups milk

Optional: peanut brittle garnish

Instructions:​

  1. Combine first three ingredients and flatten into cake pan - or as I did here, press into metal forms (put forms on a cookie sheet with parchment paper; leave some crumble to bake up on a cookie sheet.)

  2. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Let cool

  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, fold in cool whip

  4. Put a layer into each form and chill along with remaining cool whip mixture

  5. Mix pudding with milk until thickened and add to forms; chill

  6. Top with remaining cool whip mixture and extra crumble
