Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

red bell pepper

onion

jalepenos

ground chicken

egg

bread crumbs

salt & pepper

smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Chop up bell pepper, onion and jalepenos and saute in olive oil. add spices and set aside

  2. Mix ground chicken, egg and bread crumbs and add veggie mixture

  3. Use olive container; put piece of plastic wrap and press the mixture in to a patty, wrap up and place in fridge to set.
