Cauliflower Crust

Ingredients:

2 cups grated cauliflower florets

1 egg

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Place grated cauliflower into a dry pan and dry out on med-low heat until most of the moisture is out. Spread out on a paper towel to cool.

  2. Whisk egg and add cheese, seasoning and cooled/dry cauliflower.

  3. Shape onto parchment paper on a baking sheet to about 1/4 inch.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.

  5. Top as desired and bake again until cheese is melted.
