Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1 cup powdered sugar

3 heath bars, crushed

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Whip up peanut butter, vanilla and salt.

  2. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until the dough is dry but will still stick together.

  3. Add crushed Heath bars.

  4. Roll into balls, stick with a toothpick and freeze.

  5. Place chocolate into a bowl. 

  6. Heat cream to scalding and add cream to chocolate. Let stand for one minute then mix well.

  7. Dip frozen balls into chocolate and place on parchment paper. Chill and serve...without the toothpick.
