Brownies

Ingredients:

4 large eggs

1 1/4 cup sugar, sifted

1 cup brown sugar, sifted

8 ounces melted butter

11/4 cups cocoa, sifted

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup flour, sifted

1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Butter and flour an 8-inch square pan. Or 9x13 for thinner brownies

  2. In a mixer beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow.

  3. Mix in both sugars.

  4. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine.

  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out mostly clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool.
