Blueberry Bacon Slaw

Ingredients:

4c green cabbage (shredded) 

¼  red onion (sliced thin) 

6 slices bacon (crisp and crumbled) 

1/4c dried blueberries optional: dried cranberries

¼ c pecans (toasted and chopped)

 

Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise 

2T apple cider vinegar 

1T sugar 

salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Toss cabbage, onion, blueberries in dressing and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours

  2. Stir in bacon and pecans when ready to serve
