7 Minute Frosting

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup sugar

½ tsp crm tartar

pinch of salt

½ cup water

4 egg whites 

Instructions:

  1. Combine sugar, crm tartar, salt and water in a sauce pan and bring to a soft ball.

  2. Beat egg whites to stiff stage and pour syrup slowly into egg whites.
